Our youth program follows a progressive overload model, where each week builds on the previous one, allowing the athlete’s body to adapt quickly and achieve rapid progress. Recovery and injury prevention are priorities and will be integrated into the program weekly.

| What This Program Offers

Speed

The focus of this program is on speed, footwork, and agility! Through various drills and equipment, we will enhance your athlete’s ability to move faster and become more agile. These sessions will specifically target improving footwork and quickness, helping athletes perform better in their respective sports. By developing speed in a structured, progressive format, athletes will build the foundation they need for faster sprints and sharper changes in direction, all while reducing the risk of injury through proper technique and movement patterns.

Strength And Power

This program also emphasizes explosive power and conditioning to support strength development, ensuring athletes build a solid base for performance. Using a progressive overload model, each session will increase in intensity, allowing the body to adapt and grow stronger over time. Movements are designed to improve power output, which enhances sprint acceleration and overall explosiveness. Along with power training, recovery and injury prevention are built into the program weekly, ensuring athletes stay healthy and strong throughout the process.
