Yoga & Hot Yoga
Yoga: This class is accessible to yogis of all potential shapes, ages and interests. In this yoga, breath-synchronized, flowing and sometimes dynamic movements are used to transition between sustained postures. This sweet, grounded practice encourages self-care and body-awareness as well as improving balance, mobility and flexibility.
Each class will include a brief centering and meditation, a focus on breathing practice and a guided deep relaxation to seal the benefits of the Yoga.
Hot Yoga: A Vinyasa Flow Yoga class held in our heated studio (80-100 degrees) that includes poses (Asanas) targeted towards cleansing the body and mind. Each pose and transition will focus on integrating body and breath. Every flow will use muscles in a more precise way, cultivating greater strength and mindfulness. Students can expect to sweat! Suitable for all levels.
What makes our hot yoga room unique is it uses in-floor hydronic heating. The heat raises from the floor!
