Spartan SGX is the world’s first group programming specific to obstacle course racing fitness. It is a community-driven, group atmosphere of stamina, strength and power. Engineered for functional bodyweight movements, Spartan SGX programming is distinctively forged on three progressive tenets:
Function - Fundamental movement that focuses on coordination and mobility that form a solid aerobic and anaerobic foundation
Fitness - Interval strength training in conjunction with continued metabolic conditioning compliment more complex and skill based exercises.
Performance - Race day intensity and strength specificity tempered to optimally shape anyone who wants to be Spartan Fit.
