Indoor Cycling

This non-impact class is for people of all ages and fitness levels. It provides a high-energy workout, an efficient way to burn calories (lose weight), and an effective method to improve endurance, power, and strength. The class starts with a warm-up followed by one or more activities such as climbs, steady tempo cadence, sprints, intervals, and time trials. Be sure to arrive 5 minutes early for your first ride so your bike can be custom fit to your body. Water is mandatory!
